Ordering Information

We recommend placing your order early — not only to avoid disappointment but also to take advantage of our early prices.

 The easiest way to order is online via our website, where you can browse our full Christmas range, choose delivery or collection, and select your preferred date. If you are unable to order online, we’ll be happy to take your order in-store. Please note: all orders must be paid in full at the time of placing. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be modified.

 

Last Orders: Depending on volume, orders will typically close at least one week before Christmas — so please order early to secure your slot.

Areas: DD1, DD2, DD3, DD4, DD5, DD6 and PH14
Delivery is only available for online orders
 

Deliveries take place from early morning through to the evening. While we cannot guarantee exact time slots, you can call us on the day for an estimated delivery time. At checkout, you also have the option to leave a note specifying a safe place for our driver to leave your order if you’re not home.

Collection Information

You don’t need to bring proof of ordering — simply give your name and address at the counter and we’ll locate your order.

 

We operate a pick and pack system — while your items will all be freshly prepared in advance, it may take a little time for your server to pack everything together. We kindly ask for your patience during this busy festive period.
